I have been wanting to do a stylized shoot for some time, so when I got an email from Isabella asking for some cool new portraits for her modeling portfolio I knew my chance was here! I spent some time brainstorming and came up with this idea of using multiple spools of colored yarn and draping them from a tree. I wanted to create a story, to photograph Isabella encountering this whimsical tree and getting playfully tangled like a butterfly in a web.
This was one of the most exciting photo sessions I have ever done. I look forward to creating more like this in the future.
